Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise unless a wrong item has been delivered in which case the item will have to be returned unopened and a replacement/ refund will be organised.. The company will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses a delivery, or in any way attempts to return a shipment. Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, you will have to contact our customer services by sending an email to [email protected] or calling 0595-2970067 , and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice, until the time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. 9am has complete rights to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by 9am and accept its decision regarding the cancellation. In case your order does not reach you within 10 days after confirmation, or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered, you will be entitled for a full refund.

Provide detailed information about the issue, including order number, product details, and photographic evidence if applicable.

Refund Review:

Our customer support team will review your refund request within 1-2 business days of receiving all necessary information.

We may request additional details or clarification during this process.

Refund Approval:

If your refund request is approved, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-6 business days.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method will be arranged with the customer.

Refund Confirmation:

Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund details.

Bank Processing Time:

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items, such as perishable goods, may not be eligible for refunds due to their nature. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.
